Founded in 2016 by husband and wife team Keith Jones and Tessa Sharp, Alchemy Worldwide is a global organisation founded upon the values of respect and care for humanity, collaboration, lifelong learning, compressive creativity and action at pace.  The couple unite extensive experience in clinical and organisational psychology, a global portfolio of corporate clients in over 40 countries around the world, public sector clients such as the UK National Health Service, and a range of young hi-tech entrepreneurial start-ups.

Keith Jones

Keith Jones brings a wealth of experience grounded in learning and OD practice over the past 25 years. He has held senior roles within KPMG (EMA) as Director for Learning and OD, and within business psychology consultancies as Director of Learning within the UK.

He is best known for his innovative and impactful interventions in the field of executive education; particularly in creating the context for transformative learning. He has worked in over 40 countries and has delivered an extensive range of executive learning and OD interventions across a wide variety of client sectors. He considers himself a practitioner first and foremost and holds a strong adherence to the principles of experiential learning and sustainable impact.

Tessa Sharp

Tessa Sharp brings an extensive range of skills and knowledge to organisation and executive development. She has worked with a multitude of senior business leaders in over 35 countries and is well versed in the tough challenges and complex issues they face.

A highly experienced executive facilitator and coach, her pragmatic style and range of interventions can be challenging whilst supported with a high degree of empathy and compassion.

Today the majority of her work is focused on senior and executive teams in realising potential and overcoming blocks to change – in themselves as individuals, as a leadership team and across their organisation.

Michael Jenkins

Michael has an extensive track record in the field of leadership and  Organisation Development (OD). In addition to being CEO in a number of global Learning and OD organisations, he is a life-time facilitator,  author and thought leader.

In 2014 and 2016 he was named
as one of the UK’s Most Influential HR Thinkers by HR Magazine (UK). His thought leadership is demonstrated through a wide variety of public engagements and published works.

Michael’s leadership work has been featured in the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) Global Focus Magazine (published in English and Chinese): The Global Workplace – A Compassion-free Zone? and a number of Singaporean, Indian and British magazines and newspapers over the past 10 years. His book on the subject of altruism, compassion and empathy entitled 'Expert Humans: Critical Leadership Skills for a Disrupted World' was published by Emerald Publishing Group in March 2021.

Mario Villarejo Peralta

Mario Villarejo combines a track record in leading large-scale
international projects with transformation agendas in customer
service contexts with personal and organizational development
expertise. He works in English, French and Spanish. He started his
career in business administration and accounting and quickly
switched to project management and transformational programs.

He gained a range of qualifications in executive coaching and organizational development,
including agile methods. Mario moves with ease, authenticity and confidence across different

Heidi Velschenk

Heidi is a highly qualified and experienced professional with over
20 years’ experience in the field of organisation and
professional development. Having previously held the role of
Partner for Learning within KPMG South Africa, Heidi now runs her
own successful facilitation and coaching practice.

She completed her professional business coaching accreditation programme through GIBS (Gordon Institute of Business Science) which forms part of the University of Pretoria.
 
Heidi specialises in the facilitation of workshops (both classroom and online) to local and international audiences on topics such as leadership development, goal setting, coaching & mentoring, providing feedback, emotional intelligence and social intelligence, strategic
relationships, presentation and facilitation skills, conflict resolution, working styles and preferences, conduct and ethics in the workplace and has completed more than 1,000 coaching and mentoring hours.

Caroline Horner

MBA, DProf (Coaching Psychology)

Caroline’s key focus is on challenging both organisation and
personal paradigms. She works closely with C-suite executives,
senior teams and Boards across the private, public and not for
profit sectors helping them unlock their individual and collective
leadership potential - her aim is to impact organisation
effectiveness through individual and team excellence.

Caroline has practiced organisation development and coaching for more than 26 years internationally, having previously worked in various leadership roles including VP Marketing for NatWest Card Services, as well as senior positions in IT and telecommunications

Caroline combines both proven theories and practical experience, bringing real-life business knowledge, as well as extensive qualifications in leadership, organisation development and coaching to any programme of which she is part.

She holds a DProf (Doctorate in Professional Studies) in Coaching Psychology from Middlesex University, an MBA (Distinction) from Imperial College, London and an NTL Certificate in Organisational Development. Caroline is also an accredited mentor and holds the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) EIA award at Master Practitioner level. Caroline is trained in numerous psychometric tools, speaks worldwide on coaching and has contributed to several books and articles.

Morgans Maltby

Mogens has worked for more than 20 years with facilitation and
development of specialists and leaders in KMPG, Danish Oil &
Natural Gas, NNE (pharmaceutical engineering) and Novo Nordisk,
where he was also Senior HR Business Partner to two EVPs. He is
experienced in the practical realities of the business and leadership world. He has lived and worked in Kuwait, the Philippines, Colombia, Cameroun, Malaysia and has managed projects in numerous other countries as a finance manager, a Danida advisor and a management consultant (KPMG Denmark).

Mogens has designed and delivered OD and development programmes for thousands of leaders at all levels in Denmark and abroad. Mogens is enthusiastic about helping professionals realise what really works and to see them become efficient and confident in their roles. Mogens is an executive coach with +1000 executive coaching sessions behind him and realises that empathy is the strongest leadership tool. He has a “can do” attitude, which ensures development results in action and performance.

Rachel is a very experienced and pragmatic Executive Coach, OD and leadership consultant, and has been professionally qualified as a coach for 18 years. A former Head of Management Development in a large Acute hospital in the NHS, and Head of Learning for a UK retailer, she has coached and facilitated a very wide range of senior leaders across sectors including Aerospace, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Professional Services, Automotive, Publishing and central Government. She is an expert in working with leaders guiding complex change, and has a strong systemic perspective in all her work. Her key skills are enabling leaders to see the bigger, joined-picture, and in enabling collaborative working across organisations. She has completed extensive training in Gestalt-based approaches to organisational change, and working intensively with groups.

Rachel has extensive experience working with international groups, both face to face and online, and has worked across the Middle East, Europe, in China, the US and South-East Asia. As an Executive Coach, Rachel specialises in enabling leaders to become more resourceful, resilient and emotionally intelligent, and her style is fresh, down to earth and compassionate. Her leadership work focuses on strategic influence, working with organisational politics, navigating difficult and messy change, and developing senior teams. She is a skilled action learning set facilitator/group coach/360 feedback facilitator, and is qualified to use a variety of psychometric instruments including MBTI, EQi , FIRO-B and OPQ. She is currently completing an MSc in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.

Her journey in people development started in 2005 as a manager of a leading Financial Services Firm in South Africa and has evolved into a multifaceted adventure which has taken her around the Globe. She has been based in Dubai for the past 9 years and has extensive
experience working across the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC). During this time, she has been involved in Management Consulting projects offering People Performance Strategy development, Workshop Facilitation and Team and Individual Coaching services.

Sereen Abu Maizar

Sereen Abu Maizar is a leader in the field ofemotional intelligence (EQ)
in Jordan. She first realized her strengths in this area while working in
the banking sector. She had a talent for diffusing conflict and improving
communication which led her to training others in banking to do the same.
Recognizing that managing relationships is a combination of knowledge,
skills and attitude, Sereen sought further information and stepped into the world of emotional intelligence.

A Certified International Professional Trainer, Sereen has spent the past 11 years working in the field of organizational and capability development. She is certified as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and an Emotional Intelligence Assessor. She has spoken at numerous events and conferences including at the World EQ Summits held in the U.A.E and India in 2017 and at Jordan’s 2017 Women’s Entrepreneurship Day. Paolo has 22+ years’ experience and has held leadership roles across Organisation Development (OD), Learning and Development and Talent Management at leading global firms. His passion for people development was ignited whilst working in professional services. He has worked globally with over 6,500 leaders and 25 organisations in 32 countries and has held leadership roles with Investec, KPMG and Arthur Andersen.

Paolo is also a Chartered Accountant (South Africa). The combined skill set of OD and CA leverages commerciality and people dynamics. Paolo thrives on assisting clients in maximising their potential, specifically with learning through complex diversity and cultural challenges.

Paolo is an accredited Global Facilitator in Leadership Skills in Team Management Systems (TMS – Margerison and McCann) and is a member of the Faculty at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria, South Africa). Joyce Jenkins

Joyce is an experienced leadership development facilitator, coach
and consultant, with extensive international business and
management experience and specialist expertise in leveraging
diversity and the intercultural management field. She has designed
and facilitated development and coaching programmes for senior
leaders and teams in some of the world’s leading businesses and organisations including as an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Asia-Pacific. She has also worked as a Research Associate at INSEAD in Singapore and on communications and assessment projects for INSEAD in Asia and in France. She is a member of the Asia Pacific and European Alliance of Leadership Facilitators and Global Executive Coaches and a Fellow of the RSA.

Insur Shamgunov

Insur Shamgunov is a senior people expert with over 20 years of cross-cultural experience in leadership consulting in Europe, the Middle East, South-East Asia and North America. After completing his PhD in Oxford in 2009, Insur worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant for Gallup
n London, being an architect of solutions in strengths-based leadershipdevelopment, employee engagement, and executive coaching. He led high-stakes meetings with CEOs and their teams to co-design company-wide interventions at a wide range of companies in multiple sectors.

Since 2016 Insur has been a Senior Director in the London-based behavioural change company ALL IN (allinworks.com). Over the years, Insur facilitated hundreds of sessions with senior executives. He quickly builds credibility with executives by interpreting, simplifying and presenting people analytics in a way that relates to business and resonates with them.

Insur’s qualifications include PhD in Educational Studies (University of Oxford), and an Executive MBA (Said Business School, Oxford). He is a certified Strengths Coach.

Henrik Hjorth

Henrik, is a licensed psychologist and Executive Coach with more
than 25 years of international experience in organizational and
leadership development in over 15 countries.

Since 1995, Henrik has integrated results from the latest brain
research in leadership, collaboration and, not least, personal development in various companies. Henrik has worked as an HR Business Partner for several of Novo Nordisk’s top executives, as an HR director in Australia, as an HR director for seven European countries and has been Head of Novo Nordisk’s global talent and leadership development for ten years.

Henrik has a very strong theoretical and practical understanding of how teams and individuals work within the practicalities of the business context – including the facets of leadership and organisation development across cultures.

Joan Scarrott

Joan’s roots are in 25 years in the diversity of Mars Incorporated. She worked initially in Operations, then Personnel & Organisation, UK
Graduate Recruitment, Global Training and Education before settling into Organisation Development. She supported intact teams to deliver
key strategic initiatives, from the merger of country businesses to
create an effective European cross-cultural organisation, to the opening up of the Central European Business after the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989. Since 2003 she has been an Organisation Development Consultant. Senior Executive Coach and Team Coach for a number of UK-based and European senior executives and leadership teams.

Joan’s approach works well with leaders who move fast and might benefit from incorporating reflective space into their way of working, in the “here and now”. She is experienced at helping clients dig “beneath the surface” to develop insight into their leadership effectiveness, and to better engage with others from a diverse background as a source of creativity and innovation.
She’s known for helping clients see aspects of themselves that they hadn’t seen before.

Deborah Brown

Deborah has significant experience as a senior business leader,

Deborah studied to Master level in Team and Executive Coaching at Ashridge; she’s an EMCC and Ashridge accredited coach. Caroline Bottrell

Caroline has over 20 years’ experience as an in-house senior
organisational and leadership development consultant within the
private, public and not-for profit sectors, including within the finance,
hospitality, travel and airline industries.

Her work in organisations has included change management – as a Prosci Change practitioner, she has led the people side of change initiatives including user acceptance, speed of adoption and proficiency. She’s also handled culture change initiatives – supporting leaders to define, create or shape the culture they need to develop their business strategy. She’s created and facilitated leadership development programmes, as well as offering virtual and face to face executive coaching. Caroline is passionate about helping senior leaders be the best they can be, in order to deliver for their organisation, their stakeholders, their people and for their own personal growth.

Caroline has a post graduate degree in the ‘Psychology of organisational development and change’, an NTL Certificate in Organisational Development and is a member of the OD Network for Europe and the CIPD. She is a Master NLP Practitioner, is licenced in the Insights Discovery psychometric tool, Prosci Change Management and Hofstede’s Organisational Culture assessment tool. She is also an accredited ILM Action Learning Set Facilitator.

Helen Lockhart

Helen has a strong track record, and over 25-years’ experience, of
designing and delivering leadership, team and organisation
development strategies and programmes for clients around the globe.

With a background in Occupational Psychology, Helen has a deep understanding of the leadership and people dynamics impacting business performance. She combines this knowledge with practical experience to generate pragmatic and innovative approaches to improving personal, team and organisational performance and employee engagement.

Helen’s experience includes having been a Director in PwC’s UK People and Change Consulting Practice for over 17 years and working with a niche OD consultancy and in her own business for the past 10 years, as well as working with a range of clients in Banking, Agri-chemicals, Food retailing and international telecoms. As well her MSc, Helen has an Organisation Development Certificate, (National Training Laboratory), and a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching, (Academy of Executive Coaching). She is also a qualified assessor in a range of psychometrics.

Steve Hearsum

MSc (Change Agent Skills & Strategies), BA (Hons)

Steve is an Organisation Development & Design, Leadership and Change consultant, facilitator, coach and speaker, and has been described as ‘the right kind of fly in the ointment’. He works with senior leadership teams wrestling with strategic and relational alignment, and has extensive experience developing consulting skills for both internal and external practitioners.

Client work includes OD/Change programmes, senior leadership interventions, talent programmes and various masterclasses. He’s worked across a range of sectors including banking, retail, telecoms, motoring, FMCG, third sector and public sector.

He was until recently Co-Chair of the Organisation Development Network Europe and is also in the middle of writing a book on the myth of the Silver Bullet for complex organisational challenges.

Steve is a qualified practitioner in both Human Systems Dynamics and Systemic Constellations, Certified PROSCI Change Practitioner, certified in Firo B and Dimensions profiling and is a Certified Digital Age Leadership Coach.

Emma Pearson

Emma Pearson is a multi-cultural and multi-lingual organisation development consultant, team, and executive coach, with over 25 years’ experience as a business psychologist. She has led teams and small organisations in both general management and specialist leadership roles.

She spent the first part of her career working in consulting organisations, focused on executive assessment and development. Following that, she moved her work to a more strategic level, leading talent management and organisation development initiatives. Since then she has worked as coach and consultant to the Life Sciences sector in particular, as well as CERN, the European nuclear research organisation, and Geneva-based UN organisations, including WHO and IFRC. Her significant industry experience includes Banking, Engineering, Luxury Goods and Tobacco.

Emma is a PCC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology, and numerous coaching certifications (Gestalt, Systemic Team Coaching, Transpersonal, Somatic, Psychological and more). In addition, she holds a post-graduate Diploma in Organisation Development.

John Hovell

John specialises in creating online and virtual environments in the fields of Organisation Development and Knowledge Management. At heart he is a practitioner who creatively blends the latest in virtual
technologies for events that focus on Organisation Development, Knowledge Management, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agendas.

John led a team to win a Chairman's Award at BAE Systems in 2014 and was part of a team to win the prestigious NOVA award, Lockheed Martin's top recognition award. Additionally, he has been instrumental in the creation and execution of transformation change efforts in dozens of countries.

John volunteers as the corporate lead for the award-winning annual STEMmerday event where thousands of participants engage in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math related learning activities. John serves on several advisory boards including the International Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy, International Knowledge Management Institute, Training Industry Quarterly, and Synergy Development and Training. John has led 5 different teams that have won awards from Chief Learning Officer magazine. In 2015, he was named the 8th most influential person in Knowledge Management.

Gill Hunter

Gill is an accomplished leader of multi-national client assignments
across a wide spectrum of business categories. She has a strong and
established track record in orchestrating effective communications development and planning with and for clients and their teams worldwide. She thrives on harmonizing complex geographic and organizational cultures to create tailor-made client service structures and processes.

Gill has worked as part of the Alchemy team for the past 2.5 years and, as a previous client of ours (an ex-managing partner in a global media business), she is well versed in the Alchemy approach and the detail of what is needed to effectively implement complex client projects.

Marisse Gaskell

BSc (HONS)

Marisse is an ex-McKinsey Learning and Development professional, having worked in corporate business psychology and human resources over the last 8 years. She has also worked in East Africa driving talent and people initiatives in for a successful start-up. Marisse's focus is on communicating the work of Alchemy to the world, managing the creative direction and marketing content.

In her other life she is a yoga teacher, as well as long-term practitioner, teaching across studios in London!

Denice Whiteley

Denice is a former software engineer who worked for the government, a non-profit organization, and raised kids. In 2011 a seed of an idea had been planted. That idea was to help others grow their business using her skills of technical know-how, online marketing, and process development - e.g. virtual operations management. She used those skills to grow her own business and put those same skills to work to help her clients streamline their businesses so they have more time for profitable activities.

When she's not taking the headache out of the tech side of the business for her clients, she can be found hiking, doing yoga, or enjoying singer/songwriter shows.
