Transformative Facilitator Practitioner programme

Become a certified Practitioner in Transformative Facilitation at our 5-day immersive learning retreat

Join us on: 4th - 8th January 2021

  • Learn how to catalyse the transformation and change you seek.
  • Enable growth in your leadership by increasing engagement, agility, focus and confidence.
  • Invest in the future of your business.

The World Economic Forum have identified ‘Fearlessness’ as one of the top 7 leadership traits needed in times of digital disruption. To overcome our fear, we need to understand our trigger points, how our behaviour changes under stress and how to support ourselves and others when this happens.

Transformative learning opens the door to greater personal resourcefulness, decision-making, confidence and clarity; helping to enable leaders and their teams to navigate and thrive in the complex, ambiguous and fast changing business world today.

If you want to support your people to access their own fearlessness, motivation and clarity of thought in a way that is authentic and respectful of others, then this programme is the one for you.

We will introduce you to TRANSFORM8© our unique methodology, as presented in PROVOKE; The Art of Transformative Facilitation. This methodology is based upon the established principles and psychology of learning and human transformation, and identifies how to facilitate dynamic learning at its purest and most powerful.

In this 5-day Transformative Facilitator Practitioner programme, you will learn about the core skills and methodology needed to create the context for transformative learning and breakthroughs in these complex areas of human development.

This seminar is an immersive and intensive learning retreat. We provide a safe, supportive (and sometimes challenging) environment in which to explore this approach, to practise the methodology and to expand the range of your facilitation skills.  And, subject to a short assessment on the final day, you will become a fully accredited Practitioner in Transformative Facilitation.

Alchemy Worldwide has decades of experience working in the field of Transformative Facilitation with some of the top global companies in over 40 countries worldwide.

This course will be run by Keith Jones and Tessa Sharp, award-winning authors of PROVOKE, who have developed this unique methodology and are unrivalled in their ability to revolutionise corporate and personal thinking in order to maximise the potential for growth and advancements for businesses and the people who run them.

This course is designed for experienced leaders, facilitators, trainers, change agents, coaches and learning commissioners who want to go beyond their learning edge and are ready to learn and apply transformative methods.

In this five-day seminar we ask you to be curious, courageous and active in both learning and facilitation. Working with the TRANSFORM8© model of facilitation you will explore, expand and develop your field of practice. We will encourage you to place your learning directly in the context within which you live and work.

We will begin with a self-assessment of your own experience, beliefs and perceptions. Throughout the course, you will be encouraged to identify and work at the edge of your practice.  We will provide a unique opportunity for you to safely explore the areas of facilitation in which you feel comfortable and help you step beyond in order to experiment and stretch your range.

At the end of the five-days, you will leave with:

  • Learning that is directly relevant to you, and the context within which you live and work
  • A Practitioner Level accreditation and certificate in Transformative Facilitation (subject to a short assessment)
  • An increased professional network and the opportunity to join the Alchemy Alumni and Transformative Facilitation Community of Practice.

The seminar is designed as a learning retreat. This means that in between learning moments, we will give you the time and space to relax and restore – whether you choose to do this individually or in company is up to you.

The retreat is set in the luxurious Lainston House, Winchester. It’s a 17th century country house, with beautiful rooms, burning log fires, and surrounded by 63 acres of landscaped grounds (you can even borrow wellington boots for walking).

Each session will take place in a traditional oak beamed barn, and as an extra-special activity, we are inviting our attendees to join us as our guests for a free evening and dinner at the hotel’s famous cookery school.

What’s included:

  • Lunch, snacks and refreshments prepared by the hotel Chef
  • A free cooking class led by Michelin-starred chefs where you will learn how to make a three-course plant-based meal.
  • All the information and tools needed for the Practitioner-level Transformative Facilitation course
  • Practitioner Level accreditation and certificate in Transformative Facilitation (subject to assessment)

Please note accommodation is not included and evening meals are not included (with the exception of the cookery school dinner on the final evening which is included).
